Lockup -- Diplomacy

I had my first lockup (no CAPS LOCK or NUM LOCK response). A minor civ. initiated negotiations. After I was "Done" with them, another minor civ. immediately popped up for negotiations (no transition screen). I clicked on "Done" and the game froze.

I will check in on that.

I am looking into an issue with minor races right now actually. There's nothing in the game that should cause a lockup though but here, try this build:

Just unzip the galciv.exe that's inside gcdoktor.zip into your GalCiv directory. It provides some additional debug.err info. I also tweaked the space sharks not to come so early for whatever that's worth. ;)
