pdf Manual version?

I've just bought Gal Civ (real Newbie) and updated my files using Stardock Central. Stardock say's that my manual file is the latest version by if I look in Explorer it tells me that the pdf was last modified in 02/21/03??.

Do I have the lastest version or has something gone wrong?.

Stardock Forums Top

Stardock Central/Software will update it as much as posible then use Acrobat to read it.
