Do I have the right pdf Manual?

I've just bought Gal Civ (real Newbie) and updated my files using Stardock Central. Stardock say's that my manual file is the latest version by if I look in Explorer it tells me that the pdf was last modified in 02/21/03??.

Do I have the lastest version or has something gone wrong?.

Grab the one here at this link it's been updated and has a more readable font. You can also print it easier as it has no background graphic that wastes ink.

Just curious but is the online manual or the PDF version the same one that comes with the boxed game?
