Bonus pack help please

Hi all. I've successfully installed, the game, registered, installed stardock central, and downloaded the bonus pack. However, clicking on the bonus pack file results in a system lockup. Anyone else have this problem? Any assistance is appreciated.

clicking on what bonus pack file? I thought it installed itself into your galciv directories?

If you use stardock central to get the bonus pack there is no bonus pack file to click on it is installed automatically. *is very confused*

I have a similar problem. I have downloaded the bonus pack to my desktop but when I click on it to install it I get an error message. At first I thought it was a bad download until I downloaded the bonus pack a second time and got the same error message. I have the retail version which installed fine. I sure would like to be able to access all the goodies in the bonus pack. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

By the way I contacted tech support at strategy first and they were not helpful at all. They suggested I post a message on the forum.

I'm not getting a crash, but I don't see any MP3 player, and Stardock lists the version I'm running as 1.0, even though I've reinstalled the game and Bonus Pack twice. Stardock and my log file says the bonus pack installed correctly. I have downloaded the bonus pack via Stardock (I bought and downloaded the software).

Questions:
Is there a somewhere in the game that lists the version I'm running? Is there an easy way to tell when I'm running that the bonus pack/patch has actually been installed?

Was the mp3 player part of the patch or part of the bonus pack, or were they combined? I've seen references to an enhanced setup screen, but I'm not sure where that is? I've checked the Options screen in game under 'Message Options' and there isn't anything referring to the MP3 player.

Cool game (but who doesn't want the goodies...), and thanks for any help.

There are a less than and greater than signs on either end of the unknown that don't seem to go through with the message. Sorry for the double post.
