1.02.015 windowed version bug

The other bug threads seemed very version specific, and didn't cover this one. If I should have posted there anyway, I apologize for this separate thread.
I have a saved game in this version that consistently crashes at the same point. Load the game, end the turn, and the "election year" window comes up. The game crashes immediately upon clicking on "Next".
