I have contacted a local software reseller in Amsterdam to see if he is interested in importing it. IF I have more news on that I will post it. Would be a pity to not see this fantastic games in local stores anywhere in the world.

Brad and Stardock are still negotiating with a European publisher. If they finally get a publisher for Europe it will still take some more time to get the game here.

Disciples II, Kohan and Freedom Force are sad examples of this. Don't count on a European release before the summer I'd say.

Your only other option is a store that has imported the game, like Freya says.

It shouldn't be too much of a trouble to find a publisher for Europe. But it's gonna take months I guess.

I was holding out for a UK release because I wanted the printed manual (memories of MOO2 ). It's not really worth it, so my advice is to order direct and make do with the PDF.

(Sorry, meant to mention that you can order the CD direct, not just download, and that the chances are it'll make it through your postal system without attracting any tax).

I live in Belgium, downloaded the game and had the CD sent to me for $10. Customs didn't open this package - as they do with boxed games (:( - so: no tax. The invoice included with the package is also for $0,00 so I think the best thing you can do is buy it online and have the CD sent to you for $10. Maybe you can find someone who will download it for you and burn it on a CD so you can start playing ASAP

Got it in France direct from Stardock, no customs either, good deal..
But you can also get the retail version with cheap postage (8 €) and no customs fees by buying an import in France, www.store4war.com has it
