Will it be possible to create new UP agenda items? Will there eventually be detailed tutorials on this as well as event editing?

Go in to your galciv\data\UP_issues folder and open any of the *.issue files with notpead... It's as easy as that to make new ones

Well... the trouble is that i am not entirely sure what the variables do that I am editing.

Nor do I understand how UP events link to other things (like the escape of space monsters/galactic jailbreak, etc.)

I need a tutorial of sorts.
