A VERY wierd problem:

This option popped up when the Arceans (I guess) were thinking about attacking my defenseless planet- only the request to attack got sent to MY prime minister and not THEIR emperor. Oh well, I told 'em not to do it, and then promptly finished them off when it was MY turn. LOL Pretty wierd BUG.

It would seem that the huge amount of money that you have been pouring into espionage on the Arceans finally paid off...

Yep. This happened to me TWICE already. It's kinda funny though, but it should be fixed.

For a brief moment I *thought* it could be related to espionage (I always pretty heavily spy). I have to admit, though, it turned out to be a pivotal moment in the game- could have broken me had their little surprise attack worked.

I love how the Arceans (at least) are now escorting transports more often.
