Frogboy Request: Please put trade embargos back in the game and maybe a history summary

Just requesting if you can or might want to
put the trade embargos back in the game. That sounds
excellent and would be most beneficial in many games.

Also the history summary that civilization 1 had..that
you were thinking about...a little summary of your
game race history..would be nice to print out.

I heard they did't have time for the history..and that
there was bug troubles with the trade embargo option in
the beta testing

The AI would not use embargos. It would be just for the human player to keep a certain civ from trading with him.
