Tax/spend/approval

I currently have 100% taxrate. 40% spendrate.

Sure I've sienced all there is (only two left) and done _many_ social projects, but having 90% approvalrate to a tax that high seems a bit optimistic

That was before my first harmony generator. After the first one the approvalrate went to 99% with that taxrate
