Social projects

In my last game I concentrated on moral and economic projects, (skipping _all_ research and shipyard projects) and at the end after making the harmony generator, I started with the ones thag gave star-prestige. After taking those, the old research and shipyard techs were gone. I didnt get to make those. Perhaps this is what you intended, but as I dont know, I supbit it as a bug

"Council of Eldar" seems to be the one that takes away most social project from the "todo"-list

Hmm...I don't know if this is a feature or not. I know that certain techs will take you down different branches of the tech tree, but I don't deal specifically with that.

Hmm when I reread my post I noticed that it could be misunderstood. It's social projects, not techs.
