Battleship 2 Tech traps

Every time I click on Battleship 2 Research the game traps. I have sent a smartexception report in. This is reproduceable.

Cari has provided some of us with a revised copy of GCTech.TECH that seems to solve this problem. I will send you a copy. Proper use of this new
file requires renaming the old file to something with a different extension name, such as GCTech.old.

If you would prefer that I not propagate this file any further (new build, newer file, what ever) please let me know.
