Finished a Tiny Game via Galactic Peace

I scored a little above 250K. I didn't research any of the "evil" techs - but they didn't go away after I researched the "good" techs. Boy -- there are a *lot* of techs.

I think we need some sort of queue system for social improvements. It was quite tedious (with only about 15 planets) to add improvements one at a time. In the middle of the game, I was spending 100%, taxing 100% and making tons of money. Later on, my spending ability caught up with my taxing ability. However, it seems like taxes need to have a hard cap of 100% meaning you take everything away from people.

Given a sufficiently advanced economy, you might be able to tax 90% and have people happy to work and give 90% to the Govt because their 10% still allows them to live in luxury -- but 100% is too much.

In any case, it's a visually beautiful game. I hope that the missing gameplay elements live up to my expectations.

Thanks!

PS The ending cutscene didn't match a galactic peace finish to the game.

The governors will take care of that. You'll be able to queue up globaly what your planets will build and then not have to deal with that. But that feature won't make it in until late summer.
