Forgive me if it's somewhere but, where's the list of features/changes for 1.3?

After you update from stardock, look at the window on the left with a picture of a drengin on it. Near the bottom is a link that says "history" or something to that effect. Clicking on it will tell you what was changed.

Don't expect muchinfo though, you will have to figure most of it out yourself.

So far I have noticed that constructors cost 200 instead of 150 and sensor drones cost 40 instaed of 10.

I suppose this is warranted as I had taken to building swarms of sensor drones to surround planets and resources until my constructors or colony ships could arrive.
