Is SDC Down?

Ever since SDC updated itself about a day ago, it won't accept my old registration number to my email. I even asked them to SEND ME my serial # that they had on file to the registered email they had on file and copied and pasted that in and it didn't work.

I know this isn't the SDC site (and I contacted their customer support) just curious if anyone else had that problem... Thanks...

Happened to me. I checked www.galciv.com and their server was down then. Worked again a bit later...

the GalCiv website was down most of Saturday with an exceeded available bandwidth error. This apparently included something with Stardock because while the SDC site was available my log-in was also hosed. Also my Metaverse submission didn't take, though I got no error message upon submission.

This morning GalCiv was up, my automatic log in to SDC was working fine and metaverse accepted by resubmission...so I think the problem was temporary.

Bummer, it is some problem unique to me. I wonder why it wouldn't accept my serial number all of the sudden? It always worked in the past!
