I was swithing between major races uses the lil arrow like button when i got this.

Thanks. This is a known issue but we don't know what causes it. It has to do with the foreign policy stats screen and trying to find out what the happiest colony is. If it's not taken care of by next week we'll probably take out that particular stat (I mean, really, who cares what the "happiest" colony is? It's the one with 100% morale probably and that coudl be any number of reasons but I digress).
