Galactic Domination

Does it do anything? JavaScouts doesn't say anything, and looking at the tech file it doesn't seem to do anything.

I've asked this question before, and no one knew an answer. Both it and the galactic peace tech make vague references to allowing a new type of Starbase module, but neither does. Possibly in a future expansion, they will.

At least Galatic Peace does SOMETHING (gives stat bonuses)...right now I'm pretty sure Galactic Domination does zippo :notsure:

I haven't noticed either before. Is Galactic Peace the "good" tech and Galactic Domination the "evil" tech?

Ah, that's why. I usually just waffle at neutral so I can trade with everybody... although I'll go evil if I set all the AI's to neutral.
