Ah...another good one. What are you using in you paint programm for that....oil...acrylic??

I use a tool in it called KPT5 Frax Frame... and then I do overlays change the intensity and contrast between the colors. This was one of the few times I took a picture over to Photoshop... because I thought the lens flare effect might actually work in this one.
