Social Projects:Numbers in Parenthesis?

What do the numbers in parenthesis represent in Social Projects? Example: Banking Center (3) ... does that mean I've built 3 other Banking Centers (not on this planet)?

That number represents the position it holds in a governors build queue, i believe.

The number in parenthesis on the left side of the details screen is maintenance.

The number in parenthesis on the right side of the build queue screen is order in the governor's queue.

Yep, the maintenance numbers on the details screen were added in a patch. I think the original post was made pre-that patch, however, which means he was referring to the paranthetical numbers in the build queue, which are the Governor's priority listings. :)

sheesh.. this game could really use a detailed manual or strat guide! One that covers all the details such as this one. And other things.. like for instance, what is the # by the crosshairs highlighting a star system? Someone told me # of ships enroute.. but these sorts of things are not very intuative. A comprehensive guide would be very helpful.

Once the game is a little less in transition, I think efforts along that line will occur via the users. But for now, just keep up on reading the patch descriptions.
