Error: SDS0005 - Could not uncompress file GCTech.TECH

I go to a conference, and when I come back Alpha 5 has been released. So I try to install it, and I get the above error. I tried erasing the entire temp\drengin\GC1 subdirectory and re-downloading and it didn't work.

When I look in the gc1\base\data directory, the GCTech.TECH file is from April 29 -- although all other files are from today -- May 5th. So I delete the GCTech.TECH file, and re-run drengin. No downloads, but it immediately gives me the same error, and the GCTech.TECH file is back, with an april 29 date.

Help?

I suspect you need to delete all your temp files in your internet files thingy. Not sure.

Pat! any ideas?

I did a disk cleanup and deleted all of the "temporary internet files" -- and it gave me the same error. Then I deleted the entire windows\temp\drengin subdirectory, did a disk cleanup, and got the same error.

Any ideas?

Oh, and my new GCTech.TECH file is still dated April 29.

After rebooting my machine, the install of alpha 5 went smoothly. NEVER MIND
