Ships gaining a bonus ?

If I have ship enhancing facilities on one planet; do only the ships comming off of that planet gain the bonus / do all ships in that star system gain the bonus / do ALL of my ships from ANY system get the bonus??? :notsure:

AFAIK, only ships that are built from that planet

Are those facilities supposed to enhance the hitpoints of the ships created there? I don't notice any difference in my game. Ships created on a planet with Advanced Quality Control and Shipyards has same HP's as ships created on another planet without those enhancements??

The starship quality bonus is bugged and not working correctly right now. I have never seen any bonus from them myself, while others have noticed the bonuses disappearing upon loading a saved game. It's probably best to avoid these buildings completely until the bug is fixed later.
