Anomalous Metaverse Difficulty ?

My latest game shows up in the Metaverse as having an "Anomalous" Metaverse difficulty. This is what it shows:
4/28/2003 (1.031000) Morality: Pure Good Galaxy Size: Huge Difficulty: Anomalous Win / Lost: Win: Beyond Human [score] 0
This is with 1.03 straight out of the "box" - i.e. no mods of any sort. The one odd thing was that I had the Drengins and Yor at "Normal" and everone else at "Subnormal". I had 4000+ points on the screen.
Any ideas what this means?
