Checking starbase upgrades......suggestion for update

Is there some easier way to tell what upgrades have already been made to a starbase other than double clicking on every one of them to see their stats? I know the icon changes subtly after each upgrade, but its impossible to tell what's been added without having to double click each one individualy. Would be nice if the were some numbers next to each starbase indicating the production and income bonuses they are providing.

Or even a "chart" page that lists all of your starbases with columns with checks for completed upgrades - perhaps with buttons (like current military/culture/etc toggles) for Military, Economic, Cultural, Defense (etc) tabs.

So after pressing "Defense" you get a chart like:

Name | Basic Defense |Advanced Defense | Deflector Shields | Advanced Shielding | etc
-----------|---------------|-----------------|-------------------|--------------------|-->>>
Starbase x | X | X | | |
