I've had numerous head-scratching difficulties getting Stardock to install right, then to recognize my CD serial #. Etc etc etc. Anyway, got frustrated, wrote a (needlessly) irate email, have not played GalCiv for over a week.
Anyway, today I decide, what the heck, and lauch Stardock again. Lo and behold, it connects and recognizes my logon. That means the folks at Strategy 1st must of responded to me (unfairly) irate email.
So, thank you Strategy First! Great customer service. (Sorry for the tone of my email.)
