Carinoids left no defenders at home

At Normal difficulty this was just too easy. The Carinoids had two systems in a sector right next to me. I had sensor drones and scouts all around. Once I had my fleet built up (Corvettes and Transports, a couple of Axes), I checked them out and no thanks, too many Axes for my taste. Just wait and see...
Sure enough, the Drengin declare war on them. The C's must not have been looking at my fleet assembling in the sector next to them because they send *all* their combat ships out to attack the D's, leaving a couple colony ships and a couple of Transports in orbit.
Being the nice benevolent sort, I moved in to help them defend their systems.
