Brad: What exactly does it take to qualify as a fan site?

GalCiv has been out for almost a month now. I think there has been at least a dozen fan sites formed since then, but only two are recognized in the Encyclopedia. Can you tell us what exactly it take to qualify as a fan site for GalCiv? Are we supposed to send in boxes of chocolates with a 20 dollar bill to get the official nod? My submissions to the Encyclopedia have been ignored for the last month, and I would really like to know what I'm going wrong. Thanks!

Well, while we all love chocolate, that's not necessary.

Are you talking about submitting mods or trying to get your fan site listed or what?
