New Mod: A little dash of Melange

Hey, I've finished the first batch of technologies for a mod I'm doing which is incorporating elements of the Dune series into the technology and society of GalCiv. Should I just post the technologies and such files up here on the forum for now, since the library doesn't seem to be accepting new techs? I'll be adding some more ship designs and improvements to the game too, but I haven't finished all that yet.

Make sure they got snagged by disputed.tk, which is the place for mods that aren't Library-worthy.

Otherwise, go for it. I always like seeing mods, and am looking forward to when we can really start modding this game!
