Do 'HIgh Density Metals' and 'Tri-strontrium Alloy' techs really give you 10% production bonus?

JavaScout's Galciv database tech descriptions for High Density Metals and Tri-strontium Alloy state that they give 10% production bonus, but in the game, the tech descriptions does not show 10% production bonus. Which is it? Do those techs really give you 10& production bonus or not?

Dunno if they are supposed to, but they certainly haven't in my current game (started on 1.03)

There is no production bonus for either of those techs in the game files. I think it's just an error in Javascout's DB.

The same thread was posted in the strategy forum and someone checked the latest files to find the production bonus back in place, so I guess Javascout's DB is correct in now.
