Fast question: Mods legal for Metaverse scores?

Some of the mods in the library look quite spiffy and I'd like to use them, but if you add in new moral decisions and the like, will your Metaverse scores still be legal for submission? I'm sure this question is answered somewhere, but I can't find it.

I'm fairly certain that if it is in the library, the Metaverse score is still kosher.

Mods are OK, unless you try to "cheat your way up the metaverse". SDC WILL check cheaters!
