Is there a place that lists the specific update versions and are downloadable. On stardock all I see is the latest version. Can someone list all the ways available to download updates(where and how).

Sure, first, there's Stardock Central, only the latest version (or sometimes the latest and a newer beta version) is available as you noticed.
Second, there's the Stardock websites such as this one http://www.galciv.com/download.asp where you can get the latest standalone.

That's it.

If anyone is hosting older versions of the patches they are doing so unauthorized and probably illegally as Stardock likes to control distribution of patches to legitimately registered customers.
