Crash to desktop

I upgraded to 1.03 and now during every battle when I click on an enemy ship to attack it crashes back to windows. Am I going to have to go back to 1.02? And lose all theses cool updates? Does anyone know a fix

Umm that depends. I need more info. If you don't have SmartException installed, you can get it from under FreeStuff in Stardock Central. It'll generate a file called Galciv.exe.cra when galciv crashes. It'll pop up a dialog saying "Submit crash log." or something like that, then you click open log directory and it'll open up the folder so that you can e-mail it to me.

Your debug.err file would also be useful.

Also, if you have any mods, they might be causing the crash. So you may want to try taking them out.
