Spending Question

When you allocate resources to production (be it social or military) and then choose to produce nothing on one of your planets, is the money spent on that planet's would-be production wasted or just dropped back into your income?

It goes into hookers, Schlitz beer, and bong resin... too bad your morale doesn't go up because of these "social vices".

Well, lately, in most of my planets, morale has been "high"
Maybe this wasn't caused by the updates after all... ;p

More seriously,
I remember a long discussion here (but the thread seems to have sink in the abyss of this forum) about "best solution for wasted resources". Maybe you can try doing a search in here.
It seems to me that the main cause of it was that the resources were wasted when not alocated to anything.

So I guess the answer to your question is, as rainmanblack put it, "wasted I believe". And so do I. :(
