Possible Cheese Tactic?

I just thought of this at work, haven't had a chance to test it yet. Is the AI smart enough to reject a trade where you give away a planet that is ripe for being re-conquered?

I.E. I surround my planet "Gaia" with culture starbases and then trade it away to the Torians, only to have it do a culture flips a few turns later?

Or, I trade a planet to a minor civilization, but not until I have surrounded the planet with military ships and transports?

You can get away with it once or twice, then the AI will demand the starbases or declare war.

My cheesy tactic is when I want to build an early wonder, I give the minor race the tech, let them build it, then blast em. LMAO.

That's not cheesy, Pontius, that's evil....

The AIs "exploit" the minors much better than we do. They are always bankrupt or dead way too soon.
