Super Battleship

Just had an altarian battleship kill off all the ships orbiting one of my worlds
my Flag ship
5 defenders
2 scouts
3 battleships
and the planet had a system defence that I rushed the turn before I was attacked (don't know if it was in play or not - I saw him, rushed, hit turn button, he attacked, then my turn again)

only 4 turns before I had exchanged technology and he was a couple of techs behind me.

Great dice rolling, or a bug, I don't know. Just thought I would post it here just in case.

The battleship could have been atn a higher level. Each increase in level add one to the attack nd defense values. Still very strange that it could destroy everything without taking enough damage to cripple it. I could understand the defenders and scouts easily (they don't stand a chance). 3 battleships in a row is fairly lucky though, especially with planetary defense bonuses.

Yep, it was a single battleship. When I first saw it I clicked on it to see how many they were sending against me. As the experience bar was about 1/2 way accross and it didn't change with each click, so unless there was 2 (or more) ships with the same amount of experience then that was one lucky battleship.

I am not sure if I have seen any avatars. Usualy by that late in the game I am dead (I have been playing on hard dificulty). I assume that an avatar class ship is labled avatar, not battleship.

I don't remember at this point, and the save has been saved over. If it happens again, I will note it and keep the save.
