Captain Jack Sparrow Captain Jack Sparrow

G.R.O.S.S. communication thread.

G.R.O.S.S. communication thread.

Cringe in fear do gooders. The G.R.O.S.S. (Get Rid Of Slimy alienS) empire is now formed. In less than an hour we have jumped 95 other Pacifist Doo Gooder victim empires and lept into 40th out of 135 ranked.

We are an evil empire bent on controlling everything and showing all the other empires out there who's boss. US. Are you listening Euro-"Oh lets let everyone be a senator and give em a vote doo gooder democracy alliance?" We come for you.

For a limited time, (untill I decide otherwise) 5 Pure Evil games, (or just impressing me with your game evilness) submitted will get you a Senatorship. Later, being the evil empire pyramid scheme we are, it will take 10. Of course, being the evil empire we are, that gives you no benefits, no pay, but all the alien carnage you crave most.

Now we do realize that sometimes, you just have to fake being good. You sometimes just have to infiltrate that pacifist party. We understand. But we aren't a kinder gentler empire and don't let their pacifism go to your head. And just sometimes, you gotta let the Aliens live (where else would you find slaves for the heavy metal lava mines?)

In the future, we shall update each other in the empire via this thread, brag of our conquests, drink blood wine, and generally just poke fun (creatively and humorously) at those players whom we find to be too goody goodyish.

Our mottos.

G.R.O.S.S. Where being good is merely a temporary strategy.

Just win baby.

Here's your ration of skin you do gooder wimp Drengin slime. Now get back to work

EBZeroMatrix you have been made a senator.

I repeat. Cringe in fear, we come for you.

"Besides, I do not think that is that unreasonable to suggest that traitors should perhaps not be readmitted. "

This really has to go into the annuals of Galciv infamous quotes. Together with Staffa's "I can beat Maso in my sleep". Maybe the White Council will take up this project :)

The reason why Pontius is so quiet lately is that he is churning out these 5,000 point monsters!

Hey, anyone notice that T-man has implemented the new ranks? A couple of us are Fleet Captains now! :D

Actually what was really funny is it came right after "There's a difference between constructive criticism and unjustified personal attacks". Friggin hilarious.

Nose to the grindstone, clean living. And I don't really do any milking. I take the victory as it comes.

5384 points for a tiny, that game went smooth as
silk! :)

Took all of 2 hours to play, drool, tiny rocks.

Alright, own up now. The two of you are really machines behind human skin clothing.

Threadzilla? Us? Heck, yes! Besides, while we have no secrets at GROSS, we do like using an overwhelming volume of data to make finding anything difficult. Does that bother us? No, no. GROSSers should know where everything is at, like picking out the precise, exact paper you need out of a seemingly disorganized stack. But, to the heathens, we like them to wander our halls, confused and dazed. Oh, by the way, you probably figured it out by now, but all the signs on the ship are fake.

I would caution all scoremongers to avoid putting all their eggs in the same Tiny basket. It's a good bet that scoring would be constantly tweaked as we go along.

I wish to dominate all map sizes, next up is LARGE ;)

Well, at least a strong showing on all map sizes. :)

except maybe huge, cause I keep losing :(

Now Staffa all you have to do is stay up 20 hours straight, skip classes and work tomorrow, have no life, and submit 10 more just like that last one. And we'll be in first!!! Yeah baby!!! :) LMAO.

I think you're right. Our numbers are just not quite enough to keep up with the two gigantic empires above us. Several in our empire are coming on strong on the individual boards. :) But I think we'll get more marauders in the empire soon.

I don't think so Pontius. Committed players (especially good newbies) are going to be the swing factor for you rather than just numbers.

Apolyton may be numerous but most of them are not really committed to Galciv (yet).

Ray: I said not quite enough. As in one or two more may make the difference. :)

We have several players that are very good and several that are good. We just like to play. And we had fun when we were 20th, when we were 10th and when we are 3rd. Now set course for Greek Waters Navigator, Lets go kick some Athenian buttoxe!!!!!

Aye, aye, boss! :)

And taxes have been paid, in a strange way, though. A game started on June 1 and finished on June 4 posted as May 7. What does it matter? It posted, right? Anyway, this was a messy last second alliance forged on a medium map. But, it's another bit for the cause. :CONGRAT:

Besides, some idiot would just hold the map upside-down anyway.

And you know where you'd end up, don't you? You'd come south, to us.....the Great Southern Lands....greater ships than yours have been wrecked on our shores...mwhhaaaa....

We will soon have more replies than the bug report thread.

This simply means there are more bugs inside GROSS than outside it, Coffeedragon!

;)

Yes. Even your space empire has a bunch of rocks. Of course some assert they are in your member's heads.

They are putting Good and evil faces next to everyone's names in the forum here that are playing good and evil. Some have them, others do not as of yet. Wonder if the neutral's get a face. Probably a slow process. Much like when we changed our logo, it took awhile for the logo to appear as the new one.

I wonder what mine shall be? I have been pretty much all over the alignment map. You know, just wreaking havoc with the aliens however I can.

Same here. Though my last 3 ended up evil. Sheesh you kill a few worms so your people can have better planets. It's not like I introduced everyone to those pain pods or something.
