bug (to brad/frogboy): sector sweep/create starbase info

Hi,
I noticed the following problem (running v1.03a.057), when selecting sector sweep and in the same turn, create a starbase using a constructor, the info "sector sweep" will stay under the starbase, and will not go away. Steps to reproduce,
- select a contructor (double click)
- choose "sector sweep" and exit the constructor screen
- select contrustor again, and choose "plant starbase", and go for "yaah" create starbase
- exit contructor screen
You now have a starbase "called" sector sweep
It's important to do all of the above in the same turn...
I suppose still can be fixed... I'm sure about it.
