How do you load troops onto transport?

I feel like an idiot...but I just can't seem to figure this one out. I'm sure it is something simple that I am overlooking. I appreciate any help.

When you launch the Transport, you get a slider bar that asks how many troops to load onto it.

You launch them the same way as you do with your colony ships.

If you have v1.03A.057 then you should see a 'auto-launch' option towards the bottom of the screen when you click on your planet (it's that screen with your social and military projects being built).

Thanks for the replies...it's strange though that nothing pops up when I launch the transport. Not sure why. Guess I'll try again and see if I can figure out what I'm doing wrong.

When the ship is still in orbit, click on it and the slider should appear, Then set the amount of people you want to load, and then Launch.
