Option to turn vsync on/off?

There doesn't seem to be a setting ingame which you can turn vsync on/off with, is that true?(i haven't found one yet atlast). If there is no such setting, is the only way, for nvidia cards, to force vsync off in the nvidia control panel, if i want it off? Because atm i have the vsync option, in the nvidia control panel, set to "Use the 3D application setting" which lets the game control if the vsync is on or off.

In my nVidia Control Panel, I highlight the V Synch line with the mouse : a drop-down menu (which was not visible before) then appears. I then select to force VS off, instead of leaving it to the default "Use the 3D Application setting".

Very easy to do, but the selection menu is not obvious -- until you highlight the VS line by selecting it.

Finally, you have to click "apply" (at the bottom) to enforce your changes in the Control Panel.

Yea i know that ofc, but i like having it on "Use the 3D Application setting", so i can let the game decide. There may be one game where i like to have vsync on, but in another game i want it off.

Anyone? Is the only option you have, at the moment, to force it off in the control panel, of your graphic card?
