Per Faction Interface? how?

Hey guys is it possible to make an interface PER faction...

if so which files do i need to edit?

I found these lines in PlayerPsi.entity but i cant seem to find the files...

ActionGridSlotBackdrop "ActionGridSlotBackdropPsi"
BottomWindowBackdrop "BottomWindowBackdropPsi"
BottomWindowOverlay "BottomWindowOverlayPsi"
TopWindowBackdrop "TopWindowBackdropPsi"
TopWindowOverlay "TopWindowOverlayPsi"
InfoCardAttachedToBottomBackdrop "InfoCardAttachedToBottomBackdropPsi"
InfoCardAttachedToScreenEdgeBackdrop "InfoCardAttachedToScreenEdgeBackdropPsi"

Any help would be apriciated.

it should be, we did ask for it during the beta's and i actualy got the impression it was going to be in the final version...but it wasn't.
