multiple re-installs

Every time I quit Sins and try to start it back up again I get an "unable to load scripts" message and have to re-install. What gives?

Sounds like a launcher issue--try running Sins of a Solar Empire.exe directly in the game's folder (if that works, update your shortcut to point there).
