Multipl.exe crashing "Battlefield 2142"

Has anyone else had issues with Multipl.exe crashing Battlefield 2142 during game play? Ive debugged the crashes and the culprit keeps coming back to multiplicity i dont always remember this happening but its happening now. So i did the normal routine of  uninstall/reinstall BF2142 and that didnt work however if i stop just Multipl.exe BF2142 will run fine for hours if i dont stop the service it will crash BF2142 within 20 minutes and not just crash but a complete reboot of the system "hard crash".
