Email Verification problem.

My friend has purchased the game, loaded it, and made an account using her Key Code, the email for account verification did not send, and she clicked the resent button serveral times.

Is there anything that can be done?

Have her contact [email protected] about it. They should be able to manually activate the account or resend the mail.
