Would this be possible?

Hey guys,

I havn't had time to look at the mod tools much because of finals. I plan on moding this game to make it more... realistic i guess you could say.

I was wondering if its even possible to do the following things:

Make planets significantly larger (2x/3x larger) when up close
Make planets significantly smaller further away (when they're in the background)
Make stars HUGE
Make gravity wells large
make the mouse zoom slower when close in, faster when further out


These are just ideas I had that I think would be more to my liking. I was wondering if these are even possible before I devote time to making this.

Yes, this is axactly what I'm doing for Dawn of Victory. A lot of them can just be scaled up as the mesh afaik. Dunno about the mouse thing, but the rest are definitely possible.
