Help with CD code

Hey, I have the game, and tried to creat an account to go online, and it just won't let me. I input the code cirectly, using the dashes and everything. I tried it with capslock and without, and it's just not letting me to do, saying Wrong Version Of ironclad Online. Help?

there should be an option on your main menu ingame
