"Custom Opponents" greyed out in Beta 5

Downloaded the beta 5 update with no problems, navigated to the race selection screen to create some custom races but my "custom opponents" button is greyed out and unselectable. Release info says ability to create custom races is in. Any ideas?

Sorry, I meant to say the "Create Custom opponent" button is greyed out.

NEVER MIND! (I am an idiot). I found the custom race selection they were talking about on the race selection screen. I was looking at the one on the OPPONENT screen (which is greyed out).
