How about a demo?

Hi everybody,

I heard a lot of good about this game, so I decided to check it out. However I cannot find a demo available, so there is no way for me to know, if I will really like this game.

Everybody has a little different taste as to what they like most about a space explore, expand, exterminate games, so opinions of other peole are not very useful: demo is needed :)

In example for me it is the combat itself where all my tech goes to work, so in that regards I was a little bit disappointed in Galactic Empires, but I still played it, because there are very few games like that being developed these days.

Sooo, how about that demo? ]:)

We are planning to make a demo after the 1.03 update is done, so we should have one within the next few weeks.

I just beamed over from /forums.galciv2.com to hopefully find out that a demo would be any day now, I'm sure it was reported at galciv2.com that the Sins demo would be available about one month after Sins was released.....now it looks like it will be a few more weeks to go.... X-(

Patching the game as a reward for the early-adopters is more important that putting out a demo for people who have, if you ask me.

I didn't find a demo and just went out and bought the game... so far it's as addictive as they said it was :)
