my mod ideas

first thing , i would be my first modification for a game so i dont know rly how much things can be done and what not
[Changes]
- capital ship limit to 24 - 30 ( bigger map more cap ships , small maps few ships)
- experience lvls to 20 - 25 ( more abilities, tiers , more health , shields , armor and energy per lvl )
- more cap. ship types , like anti fighter/ bomber dreadnaught , more effectiv support battleship and for each races 1 big mothership <- only 1 time buildable
- remove the self regeneration of health and shield , ships must be reparied at ship docks , repairstation and support ships with the repair ability
- build up frontlines and the ability to blocked phaselines , like u own planet a with 100 alligance and planet b with 100 alligance u can blocked the phaseline between the planets for hostile forces
- viewable damage , like different types of ship models like 100 % hull , 75 % , 50 % 25 % etc , to make the damage more viewable
- changing some partical effects and beam stuff
- adding new planets like Ocean or Moons or a big StarPortStation
- cruisers need now a cruiser factory
- adding more ships to every class , friggs cruisers and capships
- adding more diplomacy things , like giving another planet a ship or a planet
- adding more turret types and weapon types to all
- giving every building experience too , like hangar gets more squads of fighters each lvl up , raffinary works more effecivity and get more ships per lvl up .... etc
