Jump Drive upgrade's!

        Ok I suck at modding so Im just going to throw an idea out there.

Is it possible to make an upgrade that make's interplanetary/star system travel take less time?

The Idea behind this is Im making a map with a fairly large scale where it will take some  time to travel between distant planet's(took me 5 min to reach a planet onthe other side of the system.) I would like to see a mod that increases your speed during phase jumping.

For example: Lets say it takes 5 min to jump to a planet at lvl 1 phase jump then lvl 2 would take 3.5 min and lvl 3 would take 1 min.

 

Is this at all possible?

I believe there's a research topic for faster phase space, and there's an artifact that modifies phase speeds also, one of those modifiers should work :)

So yes, it should be possible :)

Theres a artifact which gives a bounese to this.
But it was like 30% and i think it was to get into phaser faster.

Thanks For the help with this. I dont just want to change it to fast speed because what I wanted is for a player to start out with really bad space travel and be able to get better as the game goes on.
