"Missing Skin Data"

I've just downloaded AeroXP. After I've finihsed downloading it, I've opened the zip file with windowblinds and thats when I got the error message
Missing Skin data
"there appears to be no .uis file in this skin. Are you sure its windowBlinds skin?
