Playable Demo?

I just signed up for the forum to see if there was a playable demo... like some people, I'm not sure to get Sins or to get Lost Empire: Immortals. Immortals demo comes on the 10th of this month... so I was wondering if Sins could compete with that. Is there a playable demo?

Also if someone could refer me recordings of games in something other than ".record" that would be great.

There isn't a Sins demo yet.

They're working on a nice patch, (much more important, at least for those of us that already own the game) and then they will be releasing a demo.

If it helps, Sins of a Solar Empire has a MUCH cooler name.
